Brief Overview of Standard Facility Audi


We conduct audits after six months on every site to fill in the gaps, if any. The audits are conducted for the gamut of services that we provide at a particular site to identify various gaps and to provide action plan to overcome these gaps. For example our scope of services at a standard commercial site is as follows:

Our Property Manager reports to the Manager Operations and we function through various key performance indicators and SLA’s to maintain our quality of service.
Two Asst Facility Managers, one each for Electrical/Mechanical and soft services to assist the Property Manager respectively. All the services are outsourced to carefully selected vendors as per our vendor criteria. A schematic flow of our audit is given below:

STANDARD SLA’S & KPI’S
The facility management division of Plus Properties extended its processes and systems, which subsequently over the years have been modified to suit U.A.I. conditions.
